Warranty

What is covered?

All Batribike models are covered by our warranty as follows:

  • 5 years on frame

  • 3 years on battery and motor

  • 2 years on non-branded components

The warranty covers structural or manufacturing defects.

Batribike will cover any repair and shipping costs for successful warranty claims.

Warranty starts on the day the bike is purchased. You do not need to register your warranty, but you will need to provide proof of purchase when making a warranty claim.

What isn’t covered by the warranty?

Here are some examples of what we don’t cover:

  • Accidental damage from collisions, drops, or similar impacts

  • Wear and tear from regular use or neglect

  • Damage from using the bike beyond its intended purpose

  • Color changes caused by environmental factors or cleaning products

  • Poor maintenance, or modifications that no longer comply with regulations or original technical specifications.

  • Claims for batteries when they haven’t been cared for as per instructions in owner manual (for example, batteries to be charged a minimum of once every 90 days)

Claiming warranty

If you purchased your bike through a Batribike retailer they should be your first point of contact. The retailer will assist with assessing and processing any relevant claim.

If you purchased your bike direct from us, please contact us and our aftersales team will get on the case as soon as possible.
