Delivery
We work closely with our logistics partners to ensure that your electric bike is delivered to you ready to ride.
We also offer free delivery and returns across England, Scotland* and Wales.
Delivery Times
After we receive your order and payment, you can expect your parcel in the timeframes listed below.
*Please note that we don’t make ready to ride deliveries to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, or the Scottish Isles, however, we can arrange boxed deliveries at a cost.
Returns
You can return your unused bike for any reason within 30 days of receipt. Please click onto your account, select your order and start a return or contact us.
If you purchased your bike through one of our dealers, you need to submit your return through the store where it was purchased.
Once we receive your request, our aftersales team will be in touch within 1 working day to organise a pickup. Providing everything is correct and the bike is in the condition in which it was delivered, you will be refunded the full amount as quickly as possible. Please note that processing your refund may take 2-7 working days.
If the bike or any of the parts are missing or damaged, we will contact you again.
Notes
If your bike was already damaged when you received it, please report the damage through the Warranty process.
If you want to exchange your bike, please note we do not currently offer an exchange service. To order a different bike you will need to return the current bike and place a new order separately.
