The only requirement is that you register it no later than 14 days after purchase at www.promovec.dk. The warranty covers that the battery delivers at least 70% of its original capacity after 5 years - an industry leading standard.
3-year warranty on the motor Whether you choose a front-wheel, rear-wheel or mid-engine, we give you a 3-year warranty on the motor.
10-year warranty on the frame The very skeleton of your bike holds everything together. That's why we offer a full 10-year warranty against frame breakage on all our models.
Remember that the warranty requires that you follow the regular service checks at your dealer – just like with a car. This ensures that your e-bike always runs as it should.
