Battery Warranty Registration: To activate your battery warranty, you must register it through Promovec.

You do not need to register your warranty for components other than the battery, but proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim.

All Batribike models come with a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing and structural defects:

• 5-Year Warranty on the battery (registration required)
• 5-Year Warranty on the frame
• 3-Year Warranty on the motor
• 2-Year Warranty on all other components

Note: The battery warranty is only valid if registered.

While our warranty protects against manufacturing and structural defects, it does not cover the following:

• Accidental damage from collisions, drops, or similar impacts
• Wear and tear from regular use or neglect
• Damage from misuse, including riding beyond the bike’s intended purpose
• Cosmetic changes, such as color fading due to environmental factors or cleaning products
• Poor maintenance or modifications outside the bike’s original specification
• Poor Battery maintenance if the battery has not been properly maintained as per the user manual (e.g., batteries must be charged at least once every 90 days)
