Returns Process

To start a return, please click onto your account, select your order and start a return or contact us.

If you purchased your bike through one of our retailers, you need to submit your return through the store where it was purchased.

Once we receive your request, our aftersales team will be in touch within 1 working day to organise a pickup. Providing everything is correct and the bike meets returns conditions you will be refunded the full amount. Please note that processing your refund may take 2-7 working days.

Conditions

If the bike or any of its parts are missing or damaged upon return, we will contact you to discuss the issue. Refund deductions or additional charges may apply based on the extent of the damage or missing components. Please ensure the bike is returned in its original condition to avoid any additional fees.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer an exchange service. If you wish to order a different bike, you will need to return the current bike and place a new order separately.
