2007 - Batribike Founded

Batribike was founded in Lincolnshire and was one of the early pioneers of electric bikes in the UK. At a time when the market was still emerging, the focus was simple: build practical, reliable bikes backed by knowledgeable dealers and good aftersales support.

2017 - Partnership with Promovec

Batribike partnered with Danish electric bike manufacturer Promovec, bringing together British cycling knowledge and Danish e-bike expertise.

2022 - Part of the Promovec Group

Batribike became part of the Promovec group. With more than 25 years of experience, Promovec develops the motors and drive systems used across the range. Its in-house battery manufacturer, Viridus, builds the batteries, allowing the entire system to be designed under one roof.

Today

Batribike combines British heritage with Danish engineering. Built on nearly two decades of experience, the latest range has been developed with UK bike designers and Danish e-bike specialists, backed by same-day UK support and a trusted dealer network.
