The Battery and Electronics are designed and supplied to BATRIBIKE by ProMovec, a Danish Company, before being assembled by experienced bicycle factories in Europe.

2 Year Warranty on Bicycle & Electronics
The main mechanical parts of your bicycle, and the majority of the electrical items, including the display, controller and other electronics, are covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.
Brake blocks/pads, tyres, lights and cables etc. are considered as consumables and replacements are available from BATRIBIKE or may be obtained from your local cycle shop.
3 Year Warranty on Motor
The motors have been designed and developed in Denmark by Promovec. They are proven in adverse weather conditions – the Danes experience as much rain as the UK. They are covered against manufacturing defects for a period of 3 years from purchase.
5 Year Warranty on Frame
The frame of your new BATRIBIKE is covered for 5 years against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Registration Process
Please follow the steps below to ensure that you are making full use of the security and protection offered with your new Batribike.
2. Register your Battery
WITHIN 8 DAYS
You must register your Battery Warranty with ProMovec within 8 days of purchase.
You will need your Battery Serial Number and Article Number.
