Dear Sirs,

We bought a pair of Diamond bikes in September 2013 from Tim Barrett at Cyclelife, Weymouth, for use mainly in connection with our motorhome travels. They have proved excellent in all respects.

We are at present in France and, for reasons of space-saving, weight, etc,, brought only one charger with us. It malfunctioned last week, threatening the success of our three-month continental tour. We phoned Tim who promptly posted us a replacement which arrived today,

The bikes are “Diamonds” — and so is he! His level of service is exceptional.
