“Contacted Steve at Batribike with a fault on my Granite Pro and returned it to them 2 weeks before warranty expires. They found the fault and replaced the rear wheel and motor all within 30 minutes thanks to the young lady tech who I believe was called Debbie. Excellent service and would recommend highly.”
