Important Notes about Delivery Timescales

We want to get your bike to you as quickly as possible but there are certain constraints as to dispatch and delivery times depending upon when you place your order.

If your preferred date is not available please contact your dealer who will be able to advise on the earliest collection time.

• BATRIBIKE dispatches bikes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays only.
• Delivery by our Couriers is usually completed by the end of the next working day. (2 days for Highlands and Islands)
• The Dealer will need some time to check and PDI your bike ready for collection. (Usually less than an hour)
• Dealer opening days also affect timescales
